Prestige is always willing to answer my questions! They come out twice a year to make sure everything is working properly! This time they noticed a scratch on one of the pipes and they took extra time to make sure it wasn’t cracked or had a tiny hole! They are honest and just want to make sure everything is working properly! I will highly recommend them!

Alex and Joe were great to work with. Communication was great and their commitment to getting things right is not as common as It use to be. They were also clean and tidy.

I'm new to the area and needed a vent for my basement. I met Joe, with Prestige Heating and Air, LLC through a current project I have with Windows, Doors and More. I shared with him some other maintenance I needed on my new home and Joe was quick to listen, get the quote, and get the product to me. When he delivered it, he went over everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. The great customer service and open communication is a plus with both the companies I mentioned above. I'm excited to give this review on another great Fort Wayne business.

My ac unit went out during the heat of the summer Alec and his hleper came the same day and advised that my furnace was still in good shape lets just replace the ac unit. Two other contractors told me we need to replace the whole system. I have recommended Prestige and will continue, they are honest, reliable and do great work.

I was referred to Prestige Heating and Air LLC through a friend of my daughter's. I was very thankful and impressed with Alex coming very quickly to give me an estimate for a new AC unit. Very knowledgeable and honest. I had a new unit within a couple days and they worked through the rain that day. Very reasonable priced and I would recommend you give Alex a call.

My grandparents were moving in and their air was not working. Prestige came in and quickly replaced the unit. He quickly found that the lines were punctured and finished the job. Fast and efficient work
